A structured project review process designed to surface blind spots, weak assumptions and delivery risks before funding, publishing, or production commitments are made. Independent by design. Identify risks early, while they are still cheap to address.

  • 60–90 minute live pitch, prototype, or build review.

  • Structured production Q&A covering scope, schedule, team, assumptions, and risks.

  • Written report delivered within 48 hours.

  • Follow-up debrief call to walk through findings and recommended next steps.

About Me.

I’m a games production and project lead with 5 years’ industry experience, including 8 shipped mobile titles, 2 delivered PC MVPs, and direct responsibility for team building, production systems, stakeholder management and delivery risk across teams from 6 to 150 people. Having worked with both private investors and publishers, I can identify risks that often go unnoticed until critical moments.
